Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. The common areas are clean and airy, the location is great for anyone commuting via Grand Central and Port Authority. Love it.

We have had an office here for 10 years, love the space and staff is great. This is a secure building, ID is required to enter and the doors to the floor are locked during certain hours and you can enter with your ID.

I was moving from an office space and was looking for temporary space until I had the time to find my new, permanent office... That was almost six (6) years ago!!! I love it here and it became my new "home." The staff is very professional and they always go out of their way to meet my needs. The space is beautiful and immaculately kept. I would recommend Helix Workspace without reservation!

From the moment you walk in as a prospective tenant, you realize the difference. Great address, great reception, great individual office space, nice vibe, I could go on and on. The physical set-up has been thought out by someone who has actually put some thought into it! It works like and flows like an actual office. Clients are received by a wonderful receptionist in a business-like manner and seated in an appropriately business like reception area. (One space I looked at had this reception area/waiting area almost sitting on top of the lunchroom/coffee room so clients could see people eating while waiting.) Offices are very roomy and well appointed; and the prices are more than competitive. Items that are "nickle-and-dimed" in other rental space leases are included in the total lease price quoted for the space you are considering. Each office comes with some conference room availability included, which is unheard of elsewhere! Every office comes with a TV included. All services offered are well maintained and upgraded appropriately. Systems are rarely (almost never) down. Problems, if they arise, are addressed as soon as is feasibly possible by a friendly and helpful staff and owners. The common space is lovely and well maintained. Star Bucks coffee is available at all times as is ice machine and cold water (machine). Internet is available in the coffee/lunch room as is a large TV with new running regularly. I am continually thrilled that I stumbled upon this space when I was looking. I cannot imagine moving elsewhere!

Helix has provided our law firm with an excellent work space and top of the line accommodations that always impress clients and colleagues. While I could go on, singing the praises of their staff and management (particularly Greg, Kieran and Kellie), I want to highlight how helpful they have been in accommodating my firm’s growth. We have been with Helix for nearly 5 years and over that time period we’ve doubled in size. As we grew, naturally, we needed more space and a much more complex office set up. With a busy law practice, time is always of the essence and a big move can be costly to us and our clients. With Helix, the transition to a larger space was seamless, fast and simple. Helix accommodated us with larger space and allowed us to customize and configure our offices in manner that suits our team. However, most importantly – what really distinguishes Helix from their competitors -- is the personal touch. We have never felt like just another tenant or just another account with Helix. My offices have been in the Helix Workspace facility for two years now and I am so glad I made the move! I had been the prime tenant in my last space for many years and I ended up spending a lot of time "running the office" instead of doing the work that earns me a living. Renting from Helix helps simplify my life. I like being able to pay my rent each month to cover all of my office needs. I no longer have to think about phone, internet, water and other vendors. The office space is clean, modern and welcoming. Plus, the staff is so nice! I feel proud to have clients come see me here.

Helix Workspace is the best office space I have experienced in the city. I had surveyed several potential locations at my last company and they were by far the most compelling in terms of what they offer at the price point. The location is ideal and the building and space is very well maintained. Most important; however, is the service level of the staff. Greg and Antuanet have been super accommodating, especially with last minute requests. They really value their clients which is critical in any service related business. I highly recommend Helix Workspace.
